Anne's Safe Space Counselling

I offer counselling to individuals from my home. I cover most issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, low self esteem, anger, bereavement, relationship difficulties, work issues etc. Sometimes people just feel a sense of being a bit lost and I can work with this sort of feeling as well. There does not need to be a specific issue. I don't offer relationship counselling when two people want to come together, or work with eating disorders, addictions and obsessive compulsive problems. These respond better to other forms of therapy. My way of working is easy for clients and is very effective. My costs are £25 per hour and you usually need 6 or less sessions. I have over 10 years experience of working with many people and issues.
