Cars parked on public foot path

Several times I have went through the old Safeway car park with my wife and child in his pram. Only I can't use the public footpath, why you may ask the reason being lazy drivers parking their cars on the public footpath.
It's a disgrace that myself and others have to walk round these cars onto the road.. not much good for families or wheelchair users.
Where is is the consideration for others? None by the looks of it - something is needing to be done with regards to this.

Surely our wonderous traffic warden will get them.. No? Of course, she' too busy on templehill, ticketing people for no reason to worry about cars that actually cause an obstruction..

have parked my car on Portland street for 7 years now in a parking space and never had a ticket, i live on the street so have every right to park on the street i pay my poll tax for. then out of the blue i get a ticket for parking 1 hr 30 min in a parking space.. did the traffic warden get trigger happy and have a need to write a ticket, when less than 5 yards away there cars parket on double yellow lines causing mayhem for traffic, buses and people to cross the road... OPEN YOUR EYES AND STOP WALKING PASSED CARS PARKED ON DOUBLE YELLOW LINES.. thats my message to our traffic warden...

once again ive had to go on a road in the old safeway carpark with my child in his pram, whats it gonna take for this to stop ,,me and my child getting knocked down by the looks of it, it just isnt good enough im sick to the back teeth of inconsiderate drivers, i think ill be running for the next council elections, i cant do any worse than the present ones!!!, id shake this town up a bit its certainly needing it !!
