Marine Hotel restaurant celebrates first AA rosette

  • Chef Kevin MacGillivray has been celebrating at the Marine Hotel was awarded an AA Rosette

The restaurant at the Barcelo Troon Marine Hotel has been awarded its first AA Rosette, after Kevin MacGillivray joined as head chef earlier this year.

The chef is the first new head chef at Fairways restaurant for over 40-years and is the current president of the Federation of Chefs Scotland.
