Troon Team in Petanque International

The Petanque Home Nations International was played last weekend in Inverness where eight teams from each country battled for honours over two days.  The Troon team of Donnie MacIntyre, Robin Gardiner, Brian Ward and Malcolm McKinlay had a successful tournament winning nine out of twelve games played and were awarded a prize for being the top Scottish team.  England won the Home Nations Cup with Scotland second and Wales third.
